We’ll start by assessing how your business operates behind the scenes: reviewing your tools, workflows, and team structure to see what’s working, what’s not, and where things are breaking down.

Workday Analysis. We’ll meet with you and your team to understand how everyone’s actually working — what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, and where things feel unclear, ineffiecient, or manual. That way, we’re not just guessing what needs fixing — we’re building systems around how your business really runs.
Custom Systems Plan. Based on what we uncover, you’ll get a clear, detailed roadmap showing how we’ll streamline your tools, document your processes, and build onboarding and training systems your team can actually use.
Month 2: Tech Systems Buildout
Once your custom plan is approved, we’ll move into setting up the tools, workflows, and assets your business needs to run efficiently.
Includes:
Tech Tool Setup & Optimization. We’ll build or refine your CRM, project management system, and automations so your tools actually support the way your team works. We specialize in over 20 platforms and handle everything from workflow design to complex automations using app integration tools like Zapier. Whether you're using tools you already have or need better ones, we’ll make sure they work together seamlessly.
Team & Client Assets. We’ll create the documents and templates your team needs to stay on track and deliver a consistent client experience — including hiring kits, onboarding guides, intake forms, internal checklists, and more.
Month 3: Documentation & Team Training
With your tech tools built, we’ll document everything and create training resources so your team can confidently run and maintain what’s been set up without relying on you.
Includes:
Operations Manual. We’ll create one central, easy-to-follow manual that outlines the key processes, tools, and responsibilities for each core role on your team. This becomes your go-to resource for how your business runs and what every team member is accountable for.
Tutorial Library. We’ll build a video training hub that walks through the exact tools and workflows we implemented, so your team knows how to use and update them day-to-day.
*Optional Structured Employee Training Program Add-On: If you have a larger team or plan to grow one soon, you can add on a full employee onboarding program built inside a learning management system. This is a structured, role-specific training experience with organized modules, video curriculum lessons, learning activities, and assessments. It’s designed to walk new hires through how your business runs, how to use your systems, and how to succeed in their role — all without you needing to be hands-on. Final Walkthrough Call. We’ll walk your team through each new system, workflow, and asset so everyone is clear on what’s in place, how to use it, and where to find what they need. You won’t be stuck explaining it all yourself.
30-Day Post-Service Support. For the next month, we’re available Monday through Friday to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly while your team settles in.
*Optional Systems Maintenance Retainer Add-On: As your business grows, your systems should too. Our quarterly retainer gives you ongoing support to update tools, improve processes, and keep everything optimized as you scale.

In the first phase, you’ll need to share any existing documents, SOPs, or trainings you have (don’t worry if it’s messy or incomplete). Once we start building, you’ll need to review and approve the systems, documents, and tech setups we create.
Most clients spend about 2 to 4 hours per week giving feedback, answering questions, or recording trainings during active phases.

We create the materials that make training easy, but we don’t do live team trainings. Instead, we build your onboarding and training library with slides, talking points, and even assessments.
You (or a team member) will record the trainings, since no one knows your business better than you. This keeps the content accurate and personal and ensures your team hears it in your voice.
