Operations Management
The Busier Your Business Gets, the Less It Should Depend on You.
Let us manage your systems, team, and day-to-day operations so your business can keep growing without solely depending on you to run it.
You’ve already done what most never do…
built a successful, high-demand service business.
But now, it feels like success is suffocating you. You’re constantly bouncing between serving clients, answering your team’s questions, and handling operations tasks. You’d much rather spend your time finding new business, strategizing, and leading, but the day-to-day keeps piling up.
You’re afraid to stop working that way (even for a day) because deep down, you know the whole thing could fall apart without you.
Imagine handing off the part of your business that's been keeping you up at night.
You could finally have —
✔️ A business that grows without you managing every little thing. No more being the person your team cannot function without. You’ll finally have the capacity to focus on scaling and building the ideas you’ve been sitting on because you didn’t have time.
✔️ A dependable operations expert who doesn't need training. We bring years of operations experience to your business from day one. That means no lengthy onboarding, no hand-holding, and no time wasted getting us up to speed — just experienced support that understands what your business needs to run smoothly.
✔️ Up to 70% savings compared to hiring a full-time operations manager. The national median salary for an ops manager is $88,000-$91,000 per year, and that doesn't include employer taxes and benefits. With us, you get the same expert-level support without the full-time salary, employer fees, or overhead.
Working with Day to Day Assist has helped me gain my time back, yet I feel at peace knowing my systems are streamlined and automated.
“It's been a pleasure working with Jennifer and her team, they are professional, organized, and punctual and the communication is outstanding! Everything you need as a busy business owner. I knew I could fully trust Jennifer with any of our projects and systems."

Real stories from founders who stopped holding everything together and finally got the operations leadership their business needed.
Cheesette Launched 2 New Businesses and Took a 6-Week Vacation, While Her Original Business Kept Running
Before: Cheesette had a $1M real estate business, 1 employee, no systems, and worked every single day.
After: Within 12 months, Cheesette had a full team in place, automated systems that cut costs and handled the work that used to pile up on her desk, and operations running without her daily involvement. She went from working every single day to a 4-day workweek, launched 2 additional businesses, and took a 6-week vacation while everything kept moving without her.
Duane More Than Doubled His Bookings and Opened 2 Additional Venues, Without Adding to His Workload
Before: Duane ran a multi-six-figure wedding venue with a team that could not function without him. Contracts were going out late, wedding day details were getting lost, and his team was spending a full week of prep just to get through one event.
After: Within a year, his venue went from 56 weddings to 124 booked for the following year. We rebuilt his systems, so every new client automatically received their contract, onboarding steps, and next instructions without anyone on his team having to send a single manual email. His team finally had a clear process to follow, his clients had a better experience, and Duane had enough breathing room to open 2 additional locations.
…the longer you wait, the harder it gets.
Frequently Asked Questions

Honestly, most businesses at your stage do not need a full-time salaried operations manager. They need operations leadership, and those are two very different things. A full-time hire comes with an $88,000 salary, benefits, and overhead before they have solved a single problem. We give you the same expertise without the full-time commitment.
What feels like a full-time operations problem is usually a systems and team problem, and that's exactly what we solve. You don't need another salary on payroll, you need better processes and the right people executing them. We can get you there at a fraction of the cost and time of a full-time hire.
That said, if after working together you determine a full-time hire is the right next step, our Support Sprint service can help you find the right person in 6 weeks or less.
-
Unlike a typical hire, you don't have to go through a long, drawn-out hiring process when you work with us.
Once we're on your team, we don't need you to train us how to do our jobs. We come with operations expertise and are tech-savvy, so we know how to get your business running smoothly and build the foundation you need for growth.
And at a fraction of the cost, the national median salary for a full-time operations manager runs $88,000-$91,000 per year, not including employer taxes and benefits. Our service starts at a fraction of that, with no full-time salary, no benefits, and no overhead.

A virtual assistant completes tasks you assign them. We provide operations leadership, meaning we assess what your business needs, build the systems, manage your team, and make sure everything runs without you having to direct every move.
If you already have people to do the work but need someone to lead and organize it all, that's where we come in. And if you do need task-level support, we offer Virtual Assistance as an add-on.
-
We’re tech-savvy, so we can set up and teach your team to use almost any platform.
Tools we set up all the time: ClickUp, Dubsado, HoneyBook, HighLevel, Asana, Follow-Up Boss, Command CRM, Slack, Mighty Networks, Flodesk, Hubspot, Zapier, Airtable, Circle, Kajabi, G-Suite, etc.
-
We implement everything. We're not here to hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out. We build your systems, set up your tools, manage your team, and handle the day-to-day operations so you don't have to.
-
We can typically get started within 2-4 weeks after your clarity call — our calendar fills up quickly, so the sooner you reach out the better. Onboarding takes one week. You'll complete a questionnaire, we hop on a kickoff call, and then we create your strategy for the quarter outlining exactly what we'll focus on. Once you approve it, we get to work.
-
Yes, there’s a 3-month minimum commitment.
Real operational change doesn't happen in 30 days. The first month is spent assessing and building. The second is spent implementing and refining. By the third month, you start to feel the difference. A month-to-month arrangement doesn't give us enough time to build something that actually works, and it doesn't give you enough time to see the results.
After the first 3 months, you’ll have the option to extend your contract for another 3, 6, or 12 months.
-
Every engagement starts with a thorough kickoff process where we learn your business, your team, your tools, and your goals. We don't make assumptions or apply a one-size-fits-all approach. What we build is specific to how your business actually operates.
-
Every operations manager on our team is U.S. based and goes through a rigorous hiring process that tests their tech proficiency and operational leadership before they ever work with a client. They bring at least 5 years of operations experience across multiple industries and have experience running their own businesses, so they understand what it actually takes to keep one running.
When we pair you with an operations manager, we match based on your industry, your business needs, and how you work. And unlike hiring someone on your own, you're never left scrambling. If your operations manager needs to take leave unexpectedly, you'll be paired with another qualified team member who is already up to our standards and can step in without your business missing a beat.
Everyone on our team is qualified to manage your operations, so you're never dependent on one person.
-
We offer Virtual Assistance as an add-on to Operations Management. If you need someone handling your inbox, scheduling, or general administrative tasks alongside the operations leadership we provide, we can build that directly into your plan.
