InnerVisions Coaching is a boutique consulting and coaching company with over 30 years of healthcare and non-profit experience, focusing on supporting Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQIA2S+ people who often feel marginalized in dominant workspaces. The founder, Kim-Monique Johnson, is a certified iPEC coach and Energy Leadership Practitioner who incorporates mindfulness in her work.
Through individual and group coaching, personality and energy assessment tools, online communities, and retreats, InnerVisions helps leaders, new managers, and seasoned executives - identify how they show up so they can lead with compassion and well-being.
Kim-Monique is the host of Ancestors and Aunties — The Podcast for Black Women in HR, DEI, and executive leadership who want to prioritize themselves, stop putting other people's needs first so they protect their peace without feeling guilty or alone.
Role Overview:
InnerVisions Coaching is hiring an Operations Assistant who can bring order to the moving pieces. This person will help manage the backend of virtual and in-person events, edit and schedule marketing materials, set up systems, and handle day-to-day admin tasks that keep the business flowing. While this is a behind-the-scenes role, there’s also an opportunity to co-facilitate leadership workshops and learn to use our coaching tools.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including setting up Zoom webinars, managing registration, creating event assets, and supporting onsite needs for retreats.
Use Trello (or a similar tool) to keep projects on track, organize timelines, and monitor task progress.
Provide CEO calendar and scheduling support using Calendly and Google Calendar.
Manage and improve the client onboarding and service delivery experience by keeping client information up to date in Dubsado and providing timely customer support
Proactively identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce administrative friction, and suggest improvements.
Edit podcast episodes with tools like Riverside and E-CEO, publish them to YouTube and podcast platforms, and repurpose clips for social media scheduling.
Create simple graphics in Canva and design Google Slides for presentations, webinars, and in-person events.
Help prepare content and resources for upcoming launches and speaking events.
Tools You'll MAINTAIN & Refine:
Trello, Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Calendly, ChatGPT/AI tools, Riverside, Dubsado, Squarespace, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Kit, Thinkific, E-CEO
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in an operations, executive assistance, or similar role
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms such as Trello, Canva, Zoom, Dubsado, or comparable systems
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms including YouTube for posting videos and podcasting
Strong tech skills and love for systems/processes
Kind, clear, and communicative
Growth-minded, values-driven, and highly self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and making recommendations
Passionate for diversity, inclusion, and social equity
Bonus Points If You…
Aspire to grow into a coach, facilitator, or leader in personal development
Have experience with coaching tools or leadership development content
Are familiar with administering DiSC or ELI assessments
Use either, all or some elements, of the Getting Things Done productivity system
